KFTC is working for a day when the voices of ordinary people are heard and respected in our democracy. Elected officials who vote on our behalf have a responsibility to listen to us, their constituents.

We need participatory democracy, now. During the 2018 General Assembly, legislators made decisions that will impact our families and communities for generations – decisions about our jobs, schools, pensions, and economic security. Now is the time to lift our concerns and questions, and share our expectations for how lawmakers can join us to create a brighter future.
