This is a status update conference on the administrative enforcement case for violations of the Clean Water Act. KFTC, Appalachian Voices, Kentucky Riverkeeper and Waterkeeper Alliance intervened in the case to represent the public interest. This is separate from the Clean Water Act case against Frasure Creek Mining in Franklin Circuit Court, though it involves similar violations but from a different year.
