It’s really a powerful force!

KFTC is a great organization.  I’ve learned a tremendous amount through being involved, through all the wonderful people who are involved.  Every year is a new learning experience and every person is a new learning experience. I think that the only way we’re going to set things right and change things that are wrong are by people coming together and working toward that change. It’s going to take having a grassroots movement.

I’ve tried to help people, even at a young age like my grandchildren, learn that they can stand up for themselves and see that they are connected to the world around them. I believe that a person can stand on her principles.

I am working for a positive future for the people and the environment in Kentucky. Each of us needs to recognize who we are, and then live up to our greatest potential. There is a saying that if you don’t want to be part of the problem, you’ve got to be part of the solution. If you feel that way, then join KFTC. Together we can make a big difference in this state.
