Dory Rand, President of the Woodstock Institute, will be the Keynote Speaker for this year's Annual Meeting.  Her presentation, called "Preserving Communities in the Wake of the Foreclosure Crisis," will focus on the disproportionate impact of foreclosures on minority communities and how foreclosures and the vacant property crisis are entwined.   She will discuss strategies for addressing foreclosures and vacant properties and their impacts on neighborhoods. She will also discuss foreclosures' impacts on people and how we can work to preserve low-income residents' access to credit and their ability to build wealth.
