Madison County Booth at Berea Christmas Bazaar and Parade

The Madison County KFTC chapter will be selling refreshments at a booth on Saturday, December 1st during the Berea Twilight Christmas Parade and Christmas Bazaar.  All money raised will support KFTC's local chapter organizing work.  There are two ways that we need help from our Madison County KFTC members to make this fundraiser a success.

Volunteer at the KFTC booth:  Can you help sell refreshments at the booth?  We will be selling hot chocolate and baked goods from 1 p.m. till the end of the parade (around 7:30 p.m.).  Volunteer by taking a shift at the booth.  Shifts are 12 to 2:30 p.m. (includes set-up), 2:30 p.m. to 5 p.m., and 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.   If you can volunteer for one of these shifts, or any time during the day, please sign-up by contacting Carissa at [email protected] or 859-893-1147.

 

Donate Baked Goods:  All baked goods that we will be selling will be items donated by our members.  Can you donate some cookies, bars, cupcakes, muffins or anything else delicious?  Pies and cakes and other items that can served whole are also welcome!  If so, you can bake and drop off your items the day before (Friday, November 30th) from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the KFTC office in Berea or from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. at the KFTC booth in College Square in Berea on December 1st.  Please RSVP with what items you can donate (so we can make sure we have enough items) by contacting Carissa at [email protected] or 859-893-1147.  Any items you can donate will be appreciated!
