Madison County ANNUAL MEETING & POTLUCK

Join the Madison County chapter of Kentuckians For The Commonwealth for their annual chapter meeting (AND POTLUCK!!)! This is the best opportunity to sign up for statewide committees, change KFTC's platform, and help the chapter set its goals for the upcoming year! Join us, and learn more about how you can help take action for justice!

From 6:00pm to 7:00pm we will be having a potluck and discussing some of our goals for summer work as a chapter (it is not required to attend the potluck to attend the business meeting, however we have some GREAT cooks in our chapter so you are encouraged to come!)

The selection of officers, statewide committee sign up, and platform discussion will take place starting at 7:00 pm lasting until 8:30 pm.

Also, please take note that the meeting date is on the THIRD Monday of the month which is changed from our regular meeting norm.  (If you are unable to stay for the full length of the business meeting but would like to sign up for state-wide committees, nominate yourself or someone else for an elected office, or put forward a comment/suggestion for the platform please let your organizer know and she can carry that information into the business meeting for you if you would like to just come to the potluck and visit with your KFTC family!)

This building has multiple entrances including one without steps. The restrooms are spacious, gender neutral and have grab bars. There is an Assistive Listening System at this meeting location as well. Please let the organizer know if you would like to use the system during the meeting.
