Central Kentucky Chapter Meeting | Kentuckians For The Commonwealth

Central Kentucky Chapter Meeting

Join us for our monthly chapter meeting. We'll learn this month about what it will take to go ALL IN on our upcoming elections -- for 2019 and 2020.

We'll also have a training to prepare you with the skill you'll need to engage your community in electoral work. What does an effective canvassing conversation look like? What do we need to ask when registering voters? It's going to take a true grassroots effort to have an impact in our upcoming elections. This is a great place to start.

Please RSVP today and invite a friend!

All are welcome. We strive to make our chapter meetings accessible to all. If you require special accommodations in order to participate, please give us a shout at [email protected].

The space:
The Episcopal Mission House is located at the corner of 4th and MLK in Lexington, just across from the Living Arts and Science Center. The building is wheelchair accessible via an elevator at the main entrance (the "back door" right at the edge of the parking lot).

The space has an additional room that we reserve for any children or young people who might want to come and hang out in their own space while our meeting is in session. We welcome babies or young children in our meetings, and we believe that our work is made better when young folks are at the table. But and also have a separate room with games and art supplies available for those who might need to take a break.
