KFTC members and other community members who live on Wilson Creek in Floyd County have filled a Lands Unsuitable for Mining Petition with the state Department for Mining Reclamation and Enforcement. The Coal Company that wants to open a new mine on Wilson Creek is Miller Brothers Coal Co.
