We need a big turnout for a public hearing on Tuesday, October 13 in Pikeville (7 p.m. at the East Kentucky Expo Center) concerning an federal proposal to eliminate the “streamlined” nationwide permitting process that the Army Corps of Engineers uses to justify rubber stamping valley fills permits. We will be gathering outside the expo center at 6 p.m.
