International Coal Group (ICG) is proposing to expand their mountaintop removal permit in Montgomery Creek in Perry and Letcher Counties. Residents will express their concerns about several parts of the proposal during a Kentucky Department of Natural Resources permit conference in London. Please note the time change! People are encouraged to show their support for community members trying to protect their land.

We will meet up prior to the meeting to orient people about the proposal and the concerns.  Please contact Colleen if you are likely to attend.
