The Berea Rain Barrel Festival is a city wide event designed to educate the citizens of Berea about the source of their water, the need for conservation, and actions people can take to reduce water use and protect water quality. Sixty-five rain barrels, painted by “artists of all ages,” will serve as the focal point and theme for the event and provide a reminder of the importance of water.
