Dr. Ron Eller will be at the Kentucky Historical Society on Wednesday, March 3rd at noon to talk as a part of the KHS History Speaks! lunchtime speaker series. He will be available afterward for a book signing as well on his latest book, Uneven Ground: Appalachia Since 1945.
“Appalachia has played a complex and often contradictory role in the unfolding of American history,” writes Dr. Ron Eller, who will speak on his recent book, Uneven Ground: Appalachia since 1945. Challenging stereotypes about Appalachia, Eller explores the environmental and human consequences of development in this region.
