An experienced mushroom farmer from Berea, KY will demonstrate inoculation techniques for shiitake and oyster mushrooms on freshly cut logs, as well as take participants on a short hike to hunt for wild mushrooms such as lion's mane, hen of the woods, and coral fungi.
When: Saturday October 22, 10am to 5pm
Where: Wilson Creek Farm, 363 Wilson Creek, Langley (Maytown), KY
