The fair will host a variety of local businesses, musicians, artist and craftsmen, chefs, community organizers, and
farmers (more than 140 booths); and aims to serve the purpose of connecting the patrons of local agriculture and local
arts in a celebration of Louisville's vast selection of unique, homegrown agriculture, retail, service industry, and arts and
culture offerings.

Featured events include a Karate Body Records concert, an Iron Chef competition, a latte art competition, a farmers market,
an art and craft market, Paint Out! the plein-air painting competition, a craft beer tent, and an exhibition of Children's Fine
Art Classes artwork.

Grasshopper’s Distribution:

Grasshoppers is the first in the region to offer exclusively local food—all coming from within Kentucky or southern Indiana. They are a farmer-controlled company that offers customers an authentic connection to the farms and farm life, in addition to the conveniences of centralized distribution. Tey also create opportunities for the small farms struggling to grow - and market - local food on their own. Grasshoppers is now accepting applications for their summer CSA.
