Pay-Day Loan Hearing in Northern KY

KFTC members in the Northern Kentucky chapter attended a hearing a few days ago on pay day lending - challenging check-cash loan businesses that charge incredibly high interest and market themselves primarily in low-income communities.
The hearing was in Newport and we joined many of our statewide allies like Rich Seckel and the Catholic Conference.
