Coal Mine safety

In my life this would be a fitting month for it my deceased coal miner brothers birthday is September 1st.
I remember the pain that he suffered after being squashed in a rock fall and how his family was pushed into poverty before he could get any benefits, they fought him every step of the way. Then he died before even getting the benefit of having enough money for his family.
Sunday I watched another man walk his daughter down the aisle to be married if not for lack of mine safety he might have been there to fulfill his duties.
