Bowling Green Pictures - and a Giant Puppet!

Bowling Green KFTC members took to the streets to get out the vote on Election Day in this much-anticipated picture set.

Folks marched, carried signs, rode bikes, used a sound car, and even a giant puppet (!) to raise awareness and get as many people out to vote as possible - all of this on top of a long campaign of voter registration, phonebanks, and serious voter education.

Special thanks and recognition to Libby Isenhower for these beautiful pictures.

And thanks to our newest KFTC chapter for providing so much energy and inspiration to our statewide Voter Empowerment campaign.

I LOVE these! The puppet is every bit as awesome as I'd imagined.

Incredible work. And pictures to prove it. I want to hang out with THESE people.

BG!

Sally, come on down, anytime.

Way to go, BG. These photos are beautiful, but they don't even come close to the magic of November 4th in Bowling Green. Nothing could capture the fever of voter empowerment in the west side!

I'm so proud of all these kids for taking time from their day off of class to participate in democracy. Way to go, guys!

Way down in Bowling Green..

I regret only not having fab folks like these to hang with when I lived in BG. Ya'll so rock, are so needed and I am sure very appreciated there. Love you guys! Beck
