Bodily fluids

House Bill Number: 

House Bill 193 makes it a Class B misdemeanor to intentionally cause a peace officer to come in contact with bodily fluids or bodily waste, unless the fluids could transmit a communicable disease, in which case it would be a Class D felony. This criminializes having HIV.
